Reception & Concierge

Our reception staff will provide assistance 24 hours a day. No request is too large or small. We can arrange for a rental car delivered to you at the hotel entrance, recommend the best restaurants and book tables for you, share insider tips on places to visit and help you book tickets to the best shows in town.

We speak Swedish, English, Spanish, German and several other languages.

Breakfast

Start the day in the best way with our delicious  and healthy breakfast!
We have selected fresh and locally produced products directly from the local market and we serve you the breakfast directly at your table. No crowding around any buffet table.

The Palma Suites healthy breakfast is served between 08.00-10.00 and includes the following;

– Coffee or tea the way you want it
– Freshly squeezed juice
– Scrambled eggs on a dark homemade bread
– Tomato and avocado mix on home-baked dark bread
– Salami
– Jamón York (cooked ham)
– Jamón serrano (dried ham)
– Mahon cheese (Menorca cheese)
– Ciabatta bread and butter
– Yogurt with berries and homemade muesli

If you choose to book a room without breakfast included, you still have the option to add breakfast on site on the days you wish.

The order must be made not later than 20:00 the day before.

Price from 13 years: 15€  per person. And from 7-12 years: 7,50 € per person

Roof terrace

Take our elevator to the top, follow the stairs and step out on our roof terrace, the jewel of Palma Suites. Look out over the city and enjoy the atmosphere in the company of fellow guests. The terrace has a small pool, lounge beds and sofas, and is ideal for relaxation at any time of day. Enjoy the warm sea breeze, the sunset and spectacular views of the rooftops of the Old Town and the cathedral.

Enjoy a drink on the roof top by picking up the phone next to the bathroom and dial 100. Place your drink order, and once ready, collect your drinks in the bar as instructed. Cheers!

Laundry Service

While most of our larger suites are equipped with a washer/dryer, we also provide a laundry room equipped with everything you need to keep your wardrobe fresh on a daily basis. You will find large size washer and dryer, but as it’s a self-service area we kindly remind guests bring ro bring their own detergents.

We also offer a dry cleaning service, ironing and tailoring at an additional cost.

Cleaning Service

For stays up to 6 nights cleaning every day
For stays from 7 nights – cleaning twice a week
For stays from 28 nights – cleaning one per week
For all stays change of bed linen once per week
Additional cleaning – 10 euro

Special needs

 One of our suites can be equipped with a wheelchair lift which makes it easy for guests with disabilities or other special needs to stay with us. The living space in this apartment is confined to one level only, it has more open areas and the bathroom has been fitted with a wheelchair accessible shower.

We want all our guests to feel at home with every convenience and facility within easy reach.

Storage service

 We offer you to storage any luggage/items that you wish to keep in the hotel for your next visit. No cost.

Dogs are welcome

Up to 7 kg – 40 € per night.
Reduced price for long stay from 7 nights.
Subject to availability, only permitted in some suites. Please contact reception.
We require that you sign a pet-policy upon arrival.
